These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any games, applications, and related services (“Game” or “Services”) provided by PlayerFun Limited (“PlayerFun”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). 3. Game Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, designs, animations, audio, text, software, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to PlayerFun Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to any part of the Game.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP)

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual items or features.

  • All purchases are processed through the applicable app store platform.
  • Prices and availability of IAPs are subject to change.
  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside the Game.
  • Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with the policies of the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store).

5. Advertisements

The Game may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks.

  • Ads may be shown based on contextual or non-personalized data.
  • PlayerFun does not control the content of third-party advertisements.
  • Interactions with advertised products or services are solely between you and the advertiser.

6. Offline Gameplay and Updates

The Game is designed primarily for offline play. However, certain features such as advertisements, analytics, updates, or purchases may require an internet connection from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Game.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Exploit bugs, cheats, or unintended mechanics
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Game
  • Attempt to bypass security or access restricted features
  • We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Game if these Terms are violated.

8. Updates and Changes to the Game

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Game at any time to improve performance, fix issues, or comply with legal requirements. Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of such changes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayerFun Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for the Game or related purchases.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Game. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ha Noi, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms.
